“Classroom Use” discusses the Jamestown Sky books as teaching material, what each book includes, discussion questions, etc.

My teenage daughter wrote the page on acorn flour after she and her sister tried grinding acorns for flour the same way that Joan, Tempie, and Maggie did. This has been one of the most popular pages on my website. Included is a recipe for how to make acorn flour and corn meal bread.
